If you are an Author from a Low-Income Country (as defined and identified with an asterisk by IEEE here), you are eligible for a %50 registration discount for full conference registrations. Author Registration
- Author Registration Deadline: February 11, 2023
- Each Author Registration is valid for TWO paper submissions.
- Every paper must be associated with one full non-student registration by an author/co-author of the paper. An author may register one additional paper in which he/she is an author/co-author at no additional charge.
- All regular paper submissions can have up to 4 pages.
- An author with 3 papers must register and pay an additional full registration fee for the third paper.
- If necessary, up to 2 additional pages can be purchased per paper for an additional fee of US$150 per page.
- The fifth page with reference only comes with no additional fee.

Conference Policies
- Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by April 21, 2023. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund.
- Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address ckravec@conferencecatalysts.com no later than April 21, 2023.
